Every Machh Bhat product is made to order specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because production begins immediately, we are unable to stop the process after an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size, colour, and delivery address before completing your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Colour preference

We accept returns only for:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, damaged print, holes in the garment)
  • Incorrect item received

How to raise a defect claim

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email us at hello@machhbhat.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the defect or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 3 working days. If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
